How do I contact Kawaii Dashi?

Can I request a custom design?
Yes. If you have a custom request, please contact us via our contact us page and we will get back you you with a tailored quotation.
How do I apply my iron on patch?
Instructions will be shipped with every order. Please see below.
Kawaii Dashi accepts no liability or responsibility for damage caused to garments during the application process. It is important to test your iron settings. Application is at your own risk.
- Set your iron to cotton or equivalent setting.
- Peel off the paper liner from the back of your iron on patch and place on the garment.
- Cover the patch with a thin cloth and place the iron on top applying firm pressure for 30 seconds.
- Allow everything to cool for 5 minutes then remove the cloth.
- Turn the garment inside out and iron the area behind the patch applying firm pressure for 30 seconds. (This ensures the patch is firmly attached).
- For additional security you can sew the edges of the patch to the garment.
- It is important to let everything completely cool down before testing to see if the patch has adhered securely. Only when cooled has the adhesive fully set.
Do you personalise items already listed in your shop?
We don’t offer personalisation of existing items listed in our online shop. However, if you have a specific request, please contact us via out Contact Us page for a tailored quotation.
How long does it take to process my order?
Most items are made to order. Orders are typically processed and dispatched on the same day, however processing may take between 1-3 days during busy periods.
How long are delivery times?
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery to the UK usually take between 2-4 working days. We ship via Royal Mail and Evri.
How much does shipping cost?
- Shipping for smaller items such as patches costs £1.70.
- Shipping for larger items such as T-Shirts – Hoodies etc is £5.00
- Shipping for orders over £50.00 is Free
Do you ship overseas (outside of the UK)?
Currently, we sell and ship to the UK only. This may change in the future. Apologies for any inconvenience.
What is your cancellation policy?
Any cancellations should be submitted within 24 hours of an order being placed. Once an order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
If you would like to cancel an order contact cs@kawaiidashi.com and quote your name, address, the product(s) you have ordered and want to cancel along with the invoice number.
What is your return policy?
We hope that you will be very happy with your item upon it’s arrival, but in the event you wish to make a return your items will be refunded providing:
- Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt.
- Items must be in their original condition and unused.
- Buyers pay the return postage.
- After the item is received a refund will be paid to the account that placed the order.
Personalised items or custom embroideries cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
We do not accept exchanges.
